In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you would like to return the item.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  5. If your return is approved, we will process a credit note. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days.

Exclusions
